A BT traineeship will kick-start your career coaching you to gain a range of foundation skills. You'll get advice and guidance from start to finish. Our experienced team are with you every step of the way to show you our working world. So you'll start to think differently about yourself, discover skills you had never considered and you'll come out with a plan for your next steps in employment or education.

The confidence to enter employment

No matter what formal qualifications you have, if you aren't in education, employment or training right now and you are aged between 16 and 24, then you could take advantage of a BT traineeship.

We run courses in various UK locations.

As well as learning practical work skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and confidence building, a BT traineeship also provides a mix of work experience and job shadowing.

Extra support for English and Maths is also included where needed to help you improve your literacy and numeracy, with the chance to gain new qualifications.
